## Statement

Photos published to the Sheriff's Department's Official Facebook page of the subject arrested indicate that a use of force occurred between Sheriff Gary Dodd and the arrestee, John Roger Bird. The bloody nose and dirt covered clothes of the arrestee indicate the use of force.
